I’m on holiday with my family in the Highlands, in the north of Scotland. The landscape is wild and beautiful: there are high mountains, green valleys and deep lochs. Yesterday we walked near Ben Nevis, the highest mountain in the British Isles, but we didn’t climb to the top because it was foggy. Today we are at Loch Ness. My little brother is looking for Nessie, the monster, but I can only see ducks! The weather is cold and rainy, so I always wear my coat. Next year, I’d like to go to Kenya because I want to see lions and giraffes in a national park. What about you? Where would you like to go? Callum

I’d like to go to Australia. There is a huge red rock in the desert and the landscape is vast and colourful.
