Parler de ses habitudes : présent, like + -ing, fréquence

Règle. Pour décrire ses habitudes numériques : présent simple + adverbe de fréquence (always, often, sometimes, never) ; like / love / hate / enjoy + verbe en -ing pour dire ce qu'on aime faire ; spend + durée + -ing pour la durée.
Exemples. I usually check my notifications before breakfast.My sister loves watching tutorials.We spend two hours a day scrolling.He hates being tagged in photos.

Attention ! Au prétérit, les verbes de ce chapitre sont presque tous réguliers : downloaded, posted, shared, chatted (double t), texted, blocked. Irréguliers : send → sent, spend → spent.
